ROMANO TEAM

Rachel Thomasson has been practicing Social Security disability law since 2008. She strives for excellence in her representation of Social Security disability claimants.

Since Social Security disability law has been the focus of Rachel’s career, she has considerable experience with Social Security disability cases at the initial, reconsideration, hearing, Appeals Council, and federal district court levels.

Rachel has represented hundreds of claimants at administrative law judge hearings across the county. Additionally, she understands the importance of great client service on the outcome of a case.

People seeking Social Security disability are dealing with some of the most stressful situations they will ever face. Providing guidance to help them emerge from distress is important and something Rachel has found very rewarding.

In addition to her role as an attorney, Rachel is also a daughter, sister, wife, and mother. She was born in Danville, Virginia. Both of her parents were public school teachers. After high school Rachel went on to college where she met her now husband. They have one daughter.
